DUE TO THE GOVERNORS ADDRESS, THERE WILL BE NO ONE ALLOWED IN THE AUCTION COMPLEX BEGINNING FRIDAY, MARCH 27 AT MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUING THRU FRIDAY, APRIL 10 AT MIDNIGHT.
Dear Valued Clients and Customers,
Fahey Sales is closely monitoring the recommendations of President Trump, The Center for Disease Control and MN Governor Walz. We feel it is in our clients and customers, as well as our staff’s best interest, that we convert our Fleet & Government Services, Ag & Construction Equipment Consignment on Saturday, April 11, 2020 to a Virtual Auction. The Virtual Auction (very similar to a live auction but with no live attendees) will begin as scheduled at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 11 and our auctioneers will sell each item just as they would a live auction. All the bidding will be online. Follow the link from our website to set up your account online. If you need assistance, our staff would be happy to assist you with that. Please contact our office soon if you need assistance. DO NOT WAIT until Saturday, April 11 to do so. We will not be able to assist you on that day.
Item Pick Up: Pick up will be Saturday, April 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and continue Monday, April 13 thru Friday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be no pick up on Sunday, April 12. We will limit the number of people in our building at one time, so we ask your patience in our efforts to limit exposure to our staff and customers. Your equipment will remain secure until your arrival. IMPORTANT: PLEASE WATCH OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY UPDATES TO THIS TIMELINE THAT MAY BE MANDATED BY THE MN GOVERNOR.
Freight Pick Up: Our staff will need additional time to prepare items to be picked up by freight. We are asking if you require a pick up by a third party carrier to please plan on picking these items up beginning the week of Monday, April 20. Please do not schedule your pick up by this method without contacting our office prior to arrival to be sure your items have been prepared.
Payment: In order to minimize interaction with customers, if you will be using your credit card for payment, please send us an email authorizing processing of your credit card on file with proxibid. We have lowered the usual convenience fee of 4% to 2%. This will allow our staff minimal contact with customers upon pick up. Please be sure your credit card information is up to date in your proxibid account. If you are in need of wire instructions, these can be given over the phone. We will do our best to make this process as smooth as possible. All payments must be made by 5:00 pm, Friday, April 17.
Inspection Hours: Inspection will continue until Friday, March 27 at 5 p.m. We will need to control the number of people in our complex by having you wait in your vehicles in order to stay within the recommended numbers and distance according to the MDH. We will do our best to accommodate everyone in a timely and orderly manner.
