Jim grew up in the family business and has been actively engaged since 1977. He was awarded the designation of the 1990 MN State Bid Calling Champion. He is also a Past President of the MN State Auctioneers Association, past Chairman of the MSAA Legislative Committee, seminar presenter for both State and National Auctioneers Association conferences, 2006 inductee into the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, as well as the 2002 recipient of the SW MN Foundation/Blandin Community Leadership Community Service Award. His most recent professional designation was received in February 2008 from the National Auctioneers Association as Benefit Auctioneer Specialist, (B.A.S.). Jim makes his home in Hutchinson, MN.

Mrs. Fahey has been actively engaged in the auction business since 1978 and is in charge of Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers operations and marketing. She makes her home in Hutchinson, MN with her husband Jim.

Ryan joined Fahey Sales in October 2020. He previously worked with Manheim Auctions (Cox Automotive). Ryan enjoys spending time with his family on the lake and traveling, as well as vintage and collector cars and trucks. He currently resides in Waconia with his wife, Erin, and has two children, Owen and Ava.

Kim began employment with Fahey Sales as Operations Assistant in January 2021. She graduated from Ridgewater College in 2013 with her Liberal Arts & Science AAS degree. Kim has an administrative background and has worked as the Admin to the VP of Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge for 18 months, then as a Staffing Specialist at Spartan Staffing for three years. She enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors in nature during all four seasons in Minnesota. Kim is a mother of two young boys and resides in Hutchinson.

Joseph J. Fahey, Jr.
Joe was actively engaged in the family business since 1970. He is a past president of the MN State Auctioneers Association and a past seminar presenter at both the State and National levels for auctioneers. Joe is a 2005 inductee into the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Huntington Disease Society of America and is a past commander of VFW Post 6202. Joe retired from Fahey Sales in 2008 and resides in Belle Plaine, MN.
Terry was actively engaged in the family business since 1965. He is a past instructor for the Worldwide School of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. Terry retired from Fahey Sales in 2008 and makes his home in New Prague, MN.

Bruce joined Fahey Sales in 2014 as a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University. Twenty five years ago Bruce purchased his grandparents farm where he currently raises Wagyu Beef, Berkshire Pork and crops. Farming, traveling, and attending children’s sporting events are his hobbies. He lives in Hutchinson with his wife Sara, daughter Emily, and sons Cody and Brady.

Kathy is a licensed MN State Auctioneer and Appraisal Assistant with Fahey Sales. She resides in Lester Prairie, MN with her husband Leon. Kathy has been a licensed Auctioneer since 1993. She works as Estate Specialist for Fahey Sales Agency, Inc. in Glencoe, MN, managing teams of people thru booking, online auction set up and implementation and check out. Along with personal property auctions, Kathy donates her auction services as Auctioneer for local churches and schools. She has extensive experience in antiques and collectibles, jewelry, coins, and other personal property.

Agricultural Equipment Consultant
Wayne has 35 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales, repair, and maintenance. Wayne joined Fahey Sales in April of 2017. He enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and with friends and family. Wayne makes his home in Lester Prairie, MN with his wife Julie, on his farm which has been in his family since 1863. He has two children, Alex and Madison.

REALTOR with Edina Realty
Erika started her professional career working in higher education. Her previous work experiences have driven the passion to educate real estate clients on the various processes of selling and investing in real estate. She has a BAS degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations and Speech Communication and a MAS degree in Higher Education Administration. Erika is a licensed REALTOR with Edina Realty, HSR Certified Home Stager and Redesigner. She is a graduate of the Hutchinson Leadership Institute through the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce and also a board member on both the Ridgewater College Foundation and Hutchinson Center for the Arts.
Richard Bentz is one of Fahey Sales’ auction set up crew, building auctions, photographing, lotting and describing. He is a retired dairy farmer and enjoys puttering in his shed working on his five old Farmall tractors. He lives in Gibbon, with his wife Faye and has two grown children.
Steven Brown is responsible for customer service loading, unloading, taking photos, cataloging and cleaning. He has 34 years experience in retail building material. He enjoys fishing, hunting and travel. He lives in Glencoe, MN and family includes his fiancé, daughter and son-in-law.
Wade is responsible for loading and unloading equipment for our clients and customers. Other duties include equipment photography, cataloging and keeping the auction complex clean. He has 39 years of stainless steel welding experience. Wade enjoys choir, motorcycles, gardening, and welding. He is married to Renee and they have two grown children and one grandson. He currently resides in Hutchinson.
Connie is responsible for processing all titles and registration for motor vehicles and trailers leading up to and following auctions. She has worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles for many years before bringing her experience to Fahey Sales. Connie makes her home northeast of Glencoe with her husband, and five children; four boys and one girl. Together they farm corn, soybeans and alfalfa and raise Reg Holstein dairy cattle.

Lynn is responsible for processing all titles and registration for motor vehicles and trailers leading up to and following auctions. She has worked for two marketing research companies over the past 25 years in the areas of questionnaire programming, tabulation of data, and project management. Lynn enjoys volunteer work with her local community and church, horseback riding (and showing if the opportunity arises), and walking or jogging in her free time. She makes her home in Glencoe with her husband, and is a mother to two adult children; Natalie is married and lives in Chicago, and Samantha teaches 2nd grade in the Wayzata school district.

Mike assists with auction set up including loading, unloading, photographing, and describing merchandise. He has past experience specializing in online buying and selling of just about anything. Mike enjoys collecting antiquities and vintage items. He is also an automobile enthusiast with a passion for Cadillacs. He has one daughter. He and his parents and brothers live in Glencoe, and his sister lives in the Twin Cities.
Gary works part-time in varying positions at Fahey Sales. Picking up fleet vehicles and equipment, auction check out, and loader operation are just a few of his duties. He is a retired farmer and enjoys fishing, polka dancing and gardening. Gary and his wife Marjorie live in Glencoe and they have two children and four grandchildren.
Bob is a retired teacher and works part time helping out in the showrooms and on loadouts. His interests are antique auctions – buying and selling. Bob is married to Gail, another of our team members.
Gail is a former teacher, coach, Ebay seller and has worked on auction set up with Kathy Krone and Fahey Sales. Gail enjoys reading, buying and selling antiques and activities with her family. She is married to Bob Henning and has two married children and five grandchildren. She resides in Hutchinson.
Galen is licensed to operate Fahey Sales’ semi picking up and delivering large loads to clients and customers. He is a retired R&D Engineer and does part-time farming and used equipment sales. Galen collects farm tractors, enjoys cruising in his corvette and cycle, and is a member and local president of Gideon’s International. Galen lives in Hutchinson with wife Pamela. His son Daniel is an Asst. Supply Chain Analyst for 3M, and daughter Elizabeth is an attorney in St. Paul.
Paul is licensed to operate Fahey Sales’ semi picking up and delivering large loads to clients and customers. He is a lifetime truck driver, farmer and mechanic. Paul enjoys working with antique farm tractors and equipment, going to threshing shows, motorcycling, and Celtic music. He is from Paynesville, MN and has three sons and one daughter.
Janell serves as bookkeeper for Fahey Sales. Her job duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and payroll. Janell lives in Winsted with her husband and two children. Their family is involved with a small beef and dairy operation.

Carla’s main focus is shipping and receiving. She also assists in auction building and moving jobs. She assisted her mother, Kathy Krone, as part of Krone Family Movers and in Kathy’s auction business. Carla lives on a 50-acre farm near Lester Prairie. She and her boyfriend of 23 years, Craig, have a herd of about 30 Purebred Charolais’. She also enjoys taking care of her two grandsons and scrap booking.

Elynn works as an auction builder and assists in auction check out. She has a B.S. in textiles and design from U of W Stout. She has experience in fabric retail, marketing and sales management and currently produces watercolor, acrylic and fiber artwork to sell and raise funds for the Taylor Marie Lepel Memorial Fund supporting local schools and organizations. Elynn loves to travel, fish, spend time with friends and at the cabin, and is involved with local art organizations. She currently lives in Plato, MN with her husband, Joel.
Ben is a loader operator and firearms manager who assists with auction set-up, equipment maintenance, and firearms sales. He is trained as a mechanic and draftsman. His interests are vintage automobiles, ATV’s and firearms. He lives in Glencoe and has family nearby and in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.

Cole assists with various projects such as; detailing vehicles and equipment, auction set-up and keeping our complex clean. He attends school at the Waconia ALC. Cole enjoys working on vehicles, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling. He currently resides with his family including two brothers and one sister.
Terry is responsible for photographing items, cleaning equipment, unloading and loading items, and assisting with auction check-outs and other duties as needed. He has worked on dairy farms all his life, and previously worked at Seneca for 2.5 years. Terry currently lives in Glencoe with his wife. He has three grown children, a daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
Loader Operator/Team Member
Kurt’s responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment for clients and customers. Other duties include keeping the auction complex clean and detailing equipment. He has volunteered for ten years at Freedom Farm and has refurbished dozens of skid loaders. Kurt enjoys ice fishing, watching football, and spending time with his grandchildren. He has a son, Jacob; daughter, Nikki; son, Alex; and five grandchildren.
Loader Operator/Team Lead
Bob is a Team Lead with responsibility for setting up, managing and loading out auctions. He has experience with large machinery, maintenance, and mechanics. His home is in Hutchinson.
MN Licensed Contract Auctioneer, B.A.S (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist)
Matt serves as a Contract Auctioneer and Bid Spotter for Fahey Sales at live auction events. Matthew brings with him a strong knowledge of vocational trucks and equipment, having worked for Schwing America of St. Paul, MN as a product designer and truck engineer for their Ready Mix Truck division, as well as more than ten years of experience in the auction profession. He is a past MN State Champion Bid Caller and past MN Auctioneers Association President. Matthew resides in Princeton, MN with his wife Vitalia and two children.
Gerri works as an auction builder and assists in auction check out. She has a B.S. in Accounting. She is involved in Girl Scouts, Venture Crew, Boy Scouts, 4-H and is a Confirmation Guide. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. Gerri lives on a hobby farm outside Hamburg with her husband and three teenage children.
Customer Care Specialist
Lauren is Fahey Sales’ Customer Care Specialist responsible for customer service and correspondence, answering incoming phone calls, setting up online auctions and assisting wherever needed. Lauren graduated from Ridgewater College with her Administrative Assistant AAS and Microsoft Office Certification. She currently lives in Hutchinson with her husband, John.
