Fahey Auctioneers are members of the National and State Auctioneers Association and are experienced in Construction and Ag Equipment, Commercial Turf, Golf & Industrial Equipment, Antique Cars, Antique Farm Equipment and are Leaders in selling Development, Agriculture, Commercial and Residential Real Estate at Auction. In addition to two special Commercial Turf, Golf and Landscape Equipment Auctions, a Municipality and County Services auction and a special Antique and Classic Car and Farm Equipment auction annually, we also handle one of the largest Ag & Construction Equipment Consignment Auctions in the Midwest, 10 times yearly.

Fahey Appraisers have experience in Commercial, Residential, Hobby Farm, Bare Land, and Ag Appraisals. Our Residential Appraisals are completed on the URAR Form and are ready for the Secondary Mortgage Market. We can also help in placing values on personal property and commercial equipment and assist in Estate planning, dissolution, business planning and downsizing. We employ eight appraisers serving the counties of Carver, Sibley, McLeod, Meeker, Renville, Wright, Scott, LeSueur, Rice and Dakota. We can provide up to 4 sound trucks to meet the needs your auction may have for multiple rings or site challenges.We provide a mobile office to conduct your auction in a professional manner on any site in any weather condition as well as mobile restrooms for the convenience of our auction patrons.Every auction is clerked with a state of the art computerized wireless clerking system. Each buyer receives a professional invoice and each seller receives a printed report of all sales. No more waiting!     Our consignment auctions are a proven method of marketing, drawing buyers from 100’s of miles. If you have a single piece of equipment or a whole line, the consignment auction by Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers is a choice you won’t be disappointed in! Farm equipment & construction equipment consignment auctions are held 10 times a year, 6.5 miles West of New Prague, MN on Hwy 19. Other special consignment auctions include: Commercial Turf/Lawn & Landscape, Antique Tractors and Farm Equipment.

    Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers offers the sale of real estate using the auction method. All of our auctioneers are licensed REALTORS with Edina Realty. These options enable us to choose the best approach for you and your property.

    The Buyers Premium is a method used to help sellers and auctioneers offset the high cost of certain types of auctions. Although most Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers auctions do not have a buyer’s premium we are proud to offer this option to our sellers.

    Through Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers and the National Auctioneers Association, our sellers now have the option to offer Visa, MasterCard and Discover payment at their auction at one of the most reasonable service charge rates in the country!
  • Guaranteed Settlement
    When Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers conducts your auction, you are paid in full on the same day! You receive a check within 2 hours after your auction!
  • Motor Vehicles
    Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers is a licensed and bonded Minnesota auction auto dealer (Lic#: 22722). All motor vehicle titles are transferred on site auction day, helping reduce your risk as a seller that buyers may not transfer titles or not be insured.
  • Marketing
    Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers can develop and produce a full color auction mailer in the form of a postcard and can develop and produce a full color auction brochure, printed with general auction information, color photos, graphics, as well as well edited text, describing the subject property. The brochure and mailer information is also posted on our award winning website at www.faheysales.com, as well as other auction search engines including, but not limited to, midwestauctions.com, midwestauction.com, auctionsgo.com and the National Auction list. We manage our own website so all updates and changes can happen in minutes rather than days. Our size also enables us to volume buy advertising passing all contract advertising rates on to our sellers, saving clients thousands of dollars per year.
