Fahey Sales Agency, Inc. was founded by Joe Fahey, Sr. in 1947 in Belle Plaine, MN. In 1977, two other locations were added in Hutchinson and New Prague, MN. Fahey Sales Agency, Inc. does business as Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers and is currently owned by four share holders, James D. Fahey, Joseph L. Fahey, Christopher J. Fahey and Linda J. Fahey.
Our company has a complete and professional full time staff of auctioneers and appraisers. The auction division of the corporation employs five full time auctioneers, licensed in the state of Minnesota, three licensed in Wisconsin and Missouri, and a Licensed Florida Auctioneer, plus, a staff of 19 full and part time auction support personnel.

Our consignment auctions are a proven method of marketing, drawing buyers from a global market for over 30 years. Maintenance equipment, farm and construction equipment and vehicle consignment auctions are held monthly, 6.5 miles West of New Prague, MN on State Hwy 19. Fahey Sales also conducts an Annual Commercial Turf and Golf Course Care Equipment Auction in March, the largest auction of its kind in the Upper Midwest. In 2009, a second Consignment Auction location was added just 30 miles North of Kansas City, MO in Lathrop.
Fahey Sales Agency, Inc. holds a Minnesota Motor Vehicle Auto Auction Dealers license #22722 and handles the transfer of all motor vehicle sales. Necessary permits are issued limiting exposure to the seller.
